Halo, selamat datang di blog SMAN 1 Ponggok. Kali ini, kami ingin berbagi tentang proses penyusunan tata tertib satuan pendidikan yang telah kami lakukan pada tanggal 15 September 2023. Tata tertib satuan pendidikan adalah kumpulan peraturan yang mengatur hak dan kewajiban siswa, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan di sekolah. Tujuan dari tata tertib ini adalah untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang kondusif, harmonis, dan berdisiplin.
Proses penyusunan tata tertib satuan pendidikan kami lakukan dengan melibatkan semua pihak yang terkait, yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru, komite sekolah, organisasi siswa intra sekolah (OSIS), dan perwakilan siswa dari setiap kelas. Dengan demikian, kami berharap bahwa tata tertib yang kami susun dapat mewakili kepentingan dan aspirasi dari semua anggota sekolah.
Beberapa hal penting yang kami pertimbangkan dalam menyusun tata tertib satuan pendidikan adalah:
– Kesesuaian dengan visi, misi, dan tujuan sekolah
– Kesesuaian dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku
– Kesesuaian dengan nilai-nilai budaya dan agama yang dianut oleh masyarakat sekitar sekolah
– Keadilan, keterbukaan, dan keterlibatan dalam proses penegakan dan penilaian pelanggaran
– Keseimbangan antara hak dan kewajiban, serta antara penghargaan dan sanksi
Setelah melalui proses diskusi, rapat, dan revisi yang cukup panjang, akhirnya kami berhasil menyusun tata tertib satuan pendidikan SMAN 1 Ponggok yang terdiri dari 10 bab dan 50 pasal. Tata tertib ini telah disahkan oleh kepala sekolah pada tanggal 15 September 2023 dan mulai berlaku sejak tanggal tersebut. Kami mengharapkan bahwa dengan adanya tata tertib ini, seluruh anggota sekolah dapat menjalankan hak dan kewajibannya dengan baik, serta saling menghormati dan bertanggung jawab.
