Halo, sahabat sekolah! Kali ini saya ingin berbagi pengalaman saya mengikuti kegiatan Talkshow yang diadakan oleh RSUD SRENGAT di SMAN 1 Ponggok pada tanggal 27 Oktober 2023. Talkshow ini mengambil tema “pembinaan pendidikan karakter pada peserta didik menghadapi era digital”. Kami sangat tertarik dengan tema ini karena saya merasa penting untuk mempersiapkan diri sebagai generasi muda yang tangguh dan berkarakter di tengah perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat.
Acara ini diisi oleh dua narasumber yang sangat kompeten, yaitu Ibu Uswatun Fitroh,S.Psi, M.Psi , seorang psikolog dari RSUD SRENGAT, dan Bapak Dr. Hadi Siswoyo Pandie, seorang dokter dari RSUD Srengat. Mereka berdua memberikan materi yang sangat menarik dan bermanfaat bagi kami para siswa. Ibu Uswatun menjelaskan tentang dampak positif dan negatif dari penggunaan media sosial dan internet bagi kesehatan mental dan emosional kita. Beliau juga memberikan tips-tips untuk menghindari kecanduan, cyberbullying, dan hoax yang sering terjadi di dunia maya. BapakHadi mengajak kami untuk merenungkan tentang nilai-nilai karakter yang harus kita miliki sebagai peserta didik, seperti jujur, disiplin, tanggung jawab, kreatif, dan kolaboratif. Beliau juga memberikan contoh-contoh kegiatan yang bisa kita lakukan untuk mengembangkan karakter tersebut, seperti membaca buku, berorganisasi, berolahraga, dan berbagi dengan sesama.
Selain materi, acara ini juga dilengkapi dengan sesi tanya jawab yang sangat interaktif. Banyak sekali pertanyaan-pertanyaan menarik yang diajukan oleh teman-teman saya kepada narasumber. Salahsatunya ada yang bertanya kepada Ibu Uswatun tentang bagaimana cara mengatasi stres akibat tuntutan akademik dan sosial di era digital ini. Beliau menjawab dengan sangat sabar dan bijaksana bahwa kita harus memiliki keseimbangan antara belajar, bermain, dan beristirahat. Beliau juga menyarankan agar kita selalu berkomunikasi dengan orang-orang terdekat kita, seperti keluarga, teman, atau guru, jika merasa ada masalah atau kesulitan yang tidak bisa kita selesaikan sendiri.
Kami merasa sangat beruntung bisa mengikuti acara ini. Kami mendapatkan banyak ilmu dan inspirasi dari narasumber yang luar biasa. Kami juga merasa lebih termotivasi untuk menjadi siswa yang lebih baik dan lebih berkarakter. Saya berharap acara seperti ini bisa terus diadakan di sekolah kami agar kami bisa terus belajar dan berkembang bersama. Terima kasih RSUD SRENGAT, semoga bermanfaat bagi kita semua!
